HOW WE HELP YOU
We truly believe that every day you have an opportunity to delight your customers. We plan, we create, we execute from start to finish. There is no greater joy for us than hearing a client tell us "You nailed it!".
We see it as the process of finding unique ways to turn opportunities into actionable ideas. How does your company create value for customers and does everyone believe it? We know how to ask the questions that will drive compelling answers.
MSN's Top Five Reasons Why We Put Loyalty First
Your company brand/value is the sum of every element that touches your customers - especially your employees. We have a remarkable track record of accelerating change by releasing the power of employees to create a delighted customer.
1. Every Point Of Contact Matters
Our clients, in various industries, know it and live by it. You talk to your customer in many ways. From their television to their computer to the parking lot, in-store and going home. Are you maximizing your ability to reach them, at each of these moments, in a way that will please you both?
2. Customer Loyalty Is Built On Emotions Not Promotions
How do you create the emotion that drives a positive experience? With everyone on the same page.
Treat employees as customers and watch your sales grow.
Treat customers as employees with the inside tips and savings and you have loyalty.
3. Customers Want To Hear From You
Become a trusted advisor to your customer.
Communicate to share information relevant to them and their needs.
Don't sell them every time you talk to them but become a trusted source.
4. Thank You For Your Business
Manners earn you positive marks in today's world.
What opportunities are you building to thank your customers for their business?
Show them at every point of contact that you care.
5. Employees Are Your Brand
Whether they are a teenager or a seasoned executive your employee is talking to the customer, affecting their purchase decision, and making judgments about your brand.
Are you taking time to explain it to employees before you launch it to customers?
Can you take the same program for customers and work it for employees?
Have you recognized your key employees today?
Companies tend to focus on the obvious. Which means we can miss those subtle, telling changes that will alter how we think, speak, and act. Great creative should look beyond the obvious and influence customers before change occurs. Our creative works within your parameters to do just that.
WHAT WE DO
Plan. Brand. Create Demand.
New-York Historical Society
is a new client. With grand re-opening on 11/11/11, they came to use to help bring it to the next level.
has been a loyal client for a long time now. We love working with their team of marketers, strategists, recruiters, project managers, etc. to put together the perfect blend of on-line and print materials for their brokers, agents and customers. We wrote, designed and printed this brochure that helped their recruiting staff find the best in the business to achieve their gold standards.
The American Museum of Natural History
partnered with our team a few years ago to create exciting, dynamic printed collateral for some of their most prestigious fundraising events. We began by collaborating on their Spring Safari concept and ran with the designs and production of programs, invitations, envelopes, donation cards, etc. Lily Pulitzer was a sponsor of this event and their team was SO excited about how we worked in some of their signature style and colors into our concepts. It was a huge success for all of us!
In the summer of 2010 the American Museum of National History began work on their fall fundraiser, their annual Family Party! We were so thrilled to brainstorm ideas that kids, parents and donors would all be excited about. We really got into the attendees head on every level and came up with a strategy that everyone embraced. So fun!
Chase Home Finance and Chase Bank
had strong international brands in place when they called us to work with them on developing a new marketing strategy that worked with the identity already in place. This long-term relationship was a match made in heaven. We worked with Chase to create numerous marketing programs and events that we created and executed in partnership with their marketing team. They had a strong marketing department in place and our relationship with that team was pure magic. This piece is just a sample of the marketing platform we created, "Simply the best way home", for Chase Home Finance.
is a brand that approached us to work with their brand that was in need of some modernization. We created many on and off line tools that allowed AGA to expand their business in the United States and become a luxury brand worth owning.
AGA asked us to design postcards to promote a sales event that would inspire gourmet cooks in homes across Massachusetts to come out and experience what AGA's ovens had to offer. We decided their "dream kitchens" needed an AGA.
is a successful, local CPA firm that we've worked with for years. When they decided to expand their company and begin offering their customers mortgages, they knew exactly who to call! We created a series of marketing materials to introduce their new portfolio of services. We collaborated with their executives on how to build this side of their business. Another Marketing Strategies success story.
is the real estate company that really gets Marketing Strategies Now and what we bring to their table. When it was tie to create a magazine that required extensive interviews, writing, design and project management, they turned to us, again to get the job done, correctly, on time and on budget. We wrote and designed this magazine that represented their brand and their people, exactly how they planned.
recognized our work across many large financial institutions and contacted us about creating a postcard series for their customers. We knew we had to be a little more creative with the successful execution of this project. We used good writing and ran with it!
The American Museum of Natural History's
annual gala is big deal. Really big deal. This is one of their premier events that raise money to fund the museum. AMNH asked us to define sophisticated, elegant, interesting themes through design to create the perfect invitation, programs, save-the-dates, etc. We nailed it. Not to brag, but…we always do.
Now this is cool. When
asked Marketing Strategies Now to join their team as the outsourced marketing agency for their dream, we climbed right on board. We worked closely with InkMedia's senior team to develop a marketing plan in conjunction with their business plan to define the strategy on how they would bring their new computer ideas to market. We designed the logos, packaging, brochures, pretty much EVERYTHING to help get InkMedia the funding to launch computers that would help millions around the world get connected.
is a local business that provides security devices for computers, projectors, anything that be locked down, in colleges and universities. They asked us to come up with a hip, young, exciting marketing campaign that would get the attention of the study body. No problem! These posters were hung all over campus and KSL sold lots of laptop locks!
Wellesley Hills Congregational Church
is a client that has proven to be challenging and rewarding. We redesigned their website and gave their church a look and feel that represents who they are and what they do. It is a joy to create their brand and bring their church to life through brochures, events, signage, websites, the list goes on… we love being a part of their good work.
These 14 days of Advent pieces represent classic brand marketing. We designed their logo and make it a part of everything they do.
The Wellesley Hills Congregational Church
recently asked us to create a logo for their Bells Choir. No problem! This logo looked stunning on the fleece jackets they gave to the choir.
Mount Pleasant Country Club
is a local club that needed to update their look to attract young families and new members. As their marketing consultant we came up with a plan and executed on that plan, beginning to end. After completing this brochure we update their signage, redesigned their website and most importantly…. played a round of golf! Did I mention we LOVE to golf!
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts
holds a place very near and dear to our hearts here at Marketing Strategies Now. We developed too many programs, collateral materials, events, advertising, websites to name, but this is a good sample of how we brought those heavenly clouds that made their member satisfaction scores soar!
